About
Built for one problem
Two tax systems with a claim on the same income, written without reference to each other. That is the whole of what we do.

Most accountants are excellent in one system. The difficulty lives in the gap between two.
A UK accountant who defers to your US preparer, and a US preparer who has never seen a P60, will between them miss the interaction that actually costs you money. Neither is doing anything wrong. Nobody is scoped to own the overlap.
We only work on cross-border positions, so the overlap is the job rather than an awkward edge of it. That narrowness is deliberate — it is what lets us recognise a problem quickly instead of researching it from scratch.
How we work
01
One position, not two opinions
Both returns are prepared in-house, so the relief claimed on one is the relief the other expects. Most of the cost we see was created by two advisers who were each correct alone.
02
Advice before the decision
Nearly everything that saves money on a move, a grant or a drawdown has to happen beforehand. We would rather have a short conversation early than reconstruct a year afterwards.
03
Plain answers
You should be able to explain your own tax position to someone else after we have talked. If you cannot, we have not finished.
04
Fixed fees, agreed first
Compliance is quoted annually and advisory per project. No open-ended engagements and no surprise invoices.
Credentials
To be completed. Professional registrations, licence numbers and regulatory memberships are claims about who is entitled to act for you, so they are left blank here rather than drafted. Add the firm’s actual credentials — and the bodies it is registered with on each side of the Atlantic — before the site goes live.
